TATA Indicom — Balance Deduction for no Reason
I am a Tata Indicom customer(+91-[protected]).Yesterday, my balance was Rs. 70. I made some calls yesterday worth Rs. 4 approximately.
Today my balance is Rs. 6. i.e. Rs. 60 have been deducted from my account.
I want to know where that money has gone and want it back.

TATA Indicom — unnecessary deduction of balance
Dear Sir,It is to inform that my balance of Rs.30 has been deducted from my Mobile No. [protected] and when i called to customer care executive regarding deduction of balance then your executive giving me fake excuses and told me to be on the phone line as they forwarding the call to their senior and after sometime the phone has been disconnected without any satisfactory answer from their side. Kindly pay attention over this and give me the solution because this is disastorous response by such a big organisation.
TATA Indicom — Heavy deduction of talk time
Had a top up of Rs 222 on my cellphone Tata Indicom [protected] on 17th May,11. On 18th, the balance became Rs246.28 and on 19th May, Rs 209.28. I had used about 5 or 6 calls during this period. I am on 10mts per Rupee local call system for which one Rupee is deducted per day. On the whole the deduction in balance could at best be Rs 10 only whereas Rs 37 has been deducted! TATA TeleServices — Unnecessary Deductions
DearI had applied for 1 Paise outgoing & was getting better service from last 8 months, but from last 15 days Tata Teleservices charged me INR 1.00 per call.
I had made several complaints for recredit of deducted amount, yet non of the Customer Care officer has given proper reply & not made any credit to my account.
Why does they charge extra to us..
Hope this complain may cause you to settle my trouble finally.

Request you to clear it today & credit the debited amount accordingly, else I have to close my 5 connnections of Tata Teleservices & will move with portabablitilty to other service provider.

My mobile No.is [protected].I use Samsung Corby set.Since around last one month my prepaid balance is deducted by Rs.5.Sometimes Rs.3 and today Re.1.I also receive an sms "You have 45 FREE downloads left!Get Today's Top Picks:,".I complained several times to the customer care and visited Retail Outlet, but all were in vain.Not only that,they are unable to clarify the sms.Fearing deduction in balance,I am not recharging.Whenever I enquire into TATA ZONE,it shows "You have no active subscription(s)".Under above cicumstances, i do not know what to do ?

I want to know under relevant section of RTI Act,2005,the very cause of such deduction.I want my balance to be credited at the earliest,otherwise legal action will be taken without making further reference to you.I have been puzzled for the last 50 days or so.Your customer dealings are extremely poor.

Sir mera mobile number [protected] h mene is number par 26 Nov ko 48rs ka recharge kawaya tha 29 Nov ko mere account se 5.xx deduct ho gya aur 4.xx pending bta rha tha uske baad mene 10 rs ka rechase karwaya tha or subh pura balance deduct ho gya aur 77.xx pending bol rha tha, customer care par call kiya to bol rhe internet usage ka charge lga h, me internet ETS2252 FWT se PC me chaltu hun , Koi solution kijiye otherwise me isme rechage to waise bhi nhi karwane wala hun ,internet ke liye koi or connection lena padega, Please Help.

TATA TeleServices — Balance Deduction
I have a docomo no [protected] .I have recharged with rs 10 in which i got 6 rs.,Next day the bal. has been deducted by rs.3 ,They told me that bal. has been deducted for subscribing Music pack ,But i haven;t subscribe for any Music pack & next day again they cut 1 rs .I am submitting this complain in regards to refund my bal as soon as possible . Complaint for the number [protected], GPRS card Rs5 was inserted for using 50MB on 15-Apr-2012, however on downloading only 2 songs of 18MB main balance deducted and negative amount of Rs89 reached.
The negative amount should be made positive as if any access is going beyond free limit or even exhausting main balance, the service should stop immediately refraining the user to hit such a huge negative balance.
Get the issue resolved at the earliest, so that I may recharge the number which is being used by my mother. Any correspondence to be made at my contact number: [protected] and not in the number [protected]. Email me: [protected]@yahoo.in

I am user of Tata Indicom from last 4-5 years. today on 13th December. i recieved a messages from tata for various deductions from core balance for Data Usage. Now my balance is 0/-Rs., before deuctions my balance were near about 180-200 Rs.. Tata Drunk all my money. i activated Data Pack of Rs.15/- for 500MB for 3days on 12th Dec.. tata did not activated Data Pack on my no. and deduct 15rs. from my balance, and i failed to use internet on my mobile as Data services was not working. Neither i used internet nor they Data Connection was Active on my mobile, then Why Tata deducted money from my Core Balance. I have already filed 3 complaints in tata customer care in last few days about unnecessary deductions. Please help me out of this situation.

my name is mandeep singh and i have an tata pre paid connection . i was shocked whan i see my balance 0 after some minutes of recharge . when i called they said that i have activated cricket alert which i does n`t know. and i have no messages from tata indicom like [cricket alerts] .
at last i wanna tell you that if they cut rupees like this then soon they wiill become no. 1 rich company of the world.
