I am using tata indicom no. but last few month network problem are create i was call many time in call center but they are not give me a right answer please solve the network problem
cannot recharge
earlier my connection was under RCM BUSINESS. not i cant get recharge voucher from them. also outside local recharge i am not able to do for my no [protected] & [protected].60%

I was try before 10 days to complain of your customer care but having lot of network problem and call was disconnected.
The problem of not getting Tata Network ( Mobile no. [protected] ) for more than 10 days in Sadar bazar, Barrack pore, District, North 24 parganas, Kolkata-700120, West Bengal.
There is no tata signal for more than 10 days. There for more than 5 year without losing signal for single day. But these days the network signal is very virtual condition, I and also these areas customer of same connection facing lot of problem.
If problem persist, then i should port it with other service provider. I m your very good and old customer having prepaid connection. Please forward this mail to your higher authority or anybody else so that my problem could be rectified.
