Hi,
I would like to inform you that one of your promotional Executives (Mr Prakash Jhadav) had filled the forms for new connection of Tata phone with internet. I was told that within 3-5 working days the connection will be done and the verification will be finished by 2 days.
On wednesday I gave a call to your office to speak to Mr Sudhir Singh (Manager), the attendent said that he is unavailable, after sometime someone came and said I am Sudir Singh and rudely told that we dont give connections so early.
Today I gave a call and asked that I would like to speak to Mr Sudir Singh on which I got a reply stating he is not available and I am Deepak SIngh when I enquired about connection it was told to me that why are you enquiring and the connection will be done within 3-4 days later and are you not able to recognise the voice I am Mr Sudir SIngh and started quarreling.
When I asked him who is your higher authority he said he is the highest authority .
I will expect some decent behaviour from your staff and in case if they are not able to escalate the matter and bury the complaint within themselves then I am not interested to take the connection.
The person is said to be one Mr Deepak Singh or Mr Sudhir Singh (Tele number 022 /[protected], I will expect a reply from your side at the earliest as such a behaviour is never expected from India's premier company.
I repeat please do take some preventive action so that your company name / brand never is affected.

respected sir,
i have been cheated by giving another handset and not one which i have order my a/c no is[protected].i have paid the amount of rs 1199=00 through cheque no 255428 on date 7/12/2009.i have paid this amount for cordless and they have provided me with walky no LSP350T.so i am no more interested in the co who are cheating customer from the begining i would like to have my money back my discontinuing this service.i would be thankful i[censored] do the needful as soon as possible.i would wait for ur replymy mobile no is-[protected].
