TATA Indicom — Unnecessary Duduction of amount of caller tune
I recd a message from Tataindicomm no 12525.Exclusive offer. Recharge with Rs.210/- within 5 days and get welcome tune free for 1 month. For song selection you will get an automated call within 3 days of recharge.
When I recharge my mobile no [protected] with Rs.210/. only Rs.75/- credit in my account . when I call to customer care 12525 and request to credit the balance amount to my account, Mr. Umeshver told me he can not help me .
I would like to request TATA INDICOMM authorities to credit the balance amount to my account in the above mobile number.
payment made for prepaid mobile recharge for my no [protected] of rs 222/- on 03.11.2008 till date neither recharge done nor i received any message.

I am having the complaint regarding the upgradation of the current 128kbps of speed to 512kbps or any high grade, since the old password enter by person handling has not left any clue and also not aware of the password.
hence i request you to revoke the same and let me upgrade from the present speed and also help with details of rate and speed to my above mail address

TATA Indicom — Problem regarding connection
Dear SirI had taken a new Tata Indicom new connection(Post paid) from the Tata hub in Jayanagar - 4th Block, Bangalore from the person named Suresh and gave him all my documents.He told me that within 24 hrs. my connection would be activated, so I gave him all the money and required deposits.
But after 2 days also, when my connection was not activated, I called him up and he told me that it would be activated by mid night.I again waited for some more time but to no use.
Then I kept calling him in his office and on his mobile and he never picked up my call and once when he picked up the call, he told me that my application has been misplaced, so I need to fill up one more form and came to my place to get the signature and he told me that now it would be done by the evening.I waited till the evening also but again no use.
Again when I called him up the next morning, he told me that since I am not married and staying alone, so I have to deposit another 500 Rs. for security and I was really shocked to hear that.It was really ridiculous to hear all these crap and then finally when I agreed to pay him 500/- he got the number activated.
So finally I got my new connection activated in 6 days which normally takes just few hours to be done and that too after hundreds of calls given to him - god bless that man - SURESH.
I want my remaining balance. mobile no is [protected]
I have taken new mobile with pay per call call plan on 12sep09 and recharged with Rs.100 but very less balance is left even i have not made so many calls when i checked out then i came to know that welcome tune is set on my mobile. i called up customer care on 15/9/09 at 11.55pm but the person who pick the call said that with all new connections caller tunes are set 4free and after 2days charges of Rs 30per month are deducted this is rule of company. we cant remove caller tune from your mobile and regarding balance also i have spoken at customer care, i said that we have not made so many outgoing calls but very less balance is left, then he said 30rs. must have been deducted 4caller tunes set at your mobile rest we don’t know as our systems are not updated daily.
I have registered complaint at customer care that network goes down very frequently whenever i make calls and the calls disconnects again and again then they said that about network we cant do anything network is company problem..
Till now wrong deductions are taking place daily. Today I have made only a single call but 3 Rs are deducted instead of 1Rs. And yesterday also I have made 3 local and 1 std call so 3+3= 6 Rs. Must be reduced from my balance but 11 Rs. Are deducted. Before that also I’m checking wrong deductions on daily basis.. I have called at customer care so many times but nobody listens and most of times disconnects call saying systems are on updation we can't help you else say that u have made so many calls that’s why balance is deducted.. and i have sent complaint on website also but still there is no response. The complaint no. is - 106461 and my mobile no. is [protected]. Please take suitable action so that network problem is resolved and there will not be any wrong deductions in future. I also want my 30 rs back in my account that are deducted for caller tunes without my wish and please make sure that company dont do this with its customers either in terms of balance deduction or caller tune or network problem.

Tata Indicom Prepaid Connection — Wrong Deductions & Weak Network Signals
I have taken pay per call plan on on my mobile but so many wrong deductions are taking place. The calls also disconnects in between automatically again and again from the day I have taken this pay per call plan in my mobile. The company reduces call charges in new plans but then network goes away again and again so what’s the use of these plans if call disconnects in every 2 or 3 minutes. I have called at customer care so many times but nobody listens and most of times disconnects call saying systems are on updation so we can't help you. I have sent complaint on website also but still there is no response. The complaint no.’s are – 106471 and 107062 and my mobile no. is [protected]. Please take suitable action so that network problem is resolved and there will not be any wrong deductions in future. I went to sleep at 00:30 a.m. 30th November checking the talk time balance. It was Rs. 8.00.After that between 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. a call came from [protected], I made a call to [protected] for two minutes and I made a call to 65168145 for two minutes
The call I made was to tata indicom phones. Those are free since I use Rs 325 recharge voucher.
After that I again attempted to call [protected] but in vain. I checked the balance. It was 93 paisa only.
I called customer care at 12527. They told have played online games at 00-37, 00-40 and 00-45 am 30th November. I shouted on him. I never play games. And in our flat only two o[censored]s live (me and my wife). She too have mobile ([protected]) and never play games. What is this non sense? Why should my money be robbed like this? This is the only reason why Indian consumers who can spend more have restricted spending. No strict enforcement of law leads to decreased spending, decreased urge in spending, decreased urge in earning and decreased urge in enterprising mood. My mobile no - [protected]

tata indicom/prepaid — automatically charging amount
Sir,with due respect I want to draw few lines for your kind consideration and concrete action.
I have been using tata indicom prepaid mobile (No-[protected]) for long time. last month they cut Rs30/- (Thirty only) for the voice chat activation automatically, when I reported to customer care they told you must have selected it .which is purely dubious. then I sent SMS UNSUB VOICE to 582820 and confirmed after two days from customer care that the voice chat service is deactivated.
Then exactly on 14th Apr 10 again I got another SMS from 129100 stating that your voice chat service is deactive and send sms to activate it. Then also I sent UNSUB VOICE to 582820 so that there will be no doubt.
Again automatically (Tata indicom) on 15 Apr 2010 at 10:21 hours when I was in office and busy with my office paper works got another SMS from 129100 telling that Dear Customer, Due to low balance you have been renewed with Rs10/per 10 days for the Astrology on SMS alerts. This is auto-renewable at Rs30/-per 30 days. to unsubsc(1/2).
Today (15/04/10) I requested customer care 121 and booked the complaint. The lady told she will forward the mail to Mr Kiran and you will get feed back in 45 days.My compliant number is -[protected] dated 15 Apr 10 at pre-paid customer care tata indicom services ltd.
As I donot touch my mobile in my home how it is happening? And I use to see only how many miss calls are there? as we are not allowed to use mobile in my office.
Please verify this and I want my money back.

Deducted money for caller tune without notice.and after reporting they are saying that comany has called.But i have recieved no calls at that time from the respective company i am using it's service from 2005 this is the first time i am facing this problem.Tata indicom Prepaid services — blocking of lost no-9209527986
I have lost my tata indicom mobile wit contact no-[protected] on 27th may,2010. i directly called tata customer care to block my sim card but they informed me to lodge a FIR. but i wanted my sim card to be blocked for furthur misuse for which they are not ready to help.TataIndicom — dissatisfied service

They have deducted 30 rupees for caller tune without my reply. Simply they have deducted amount with one phone call. Every day we are receiving more than 7 calls from tata indicom services with different numbers. Every time we received and cut these unused calls.Today I have received one call from tate indicom service and cut this. For receiving this call they have deducted amount. For this i have contacted customer care center. they said, you have received phone call that is related to the caller tune.
Is it correct way to deduct the amount? I have sufficient balance, so they have deducted amount without proper information and proper reply from my side. If I dont have sufficent balance, did they provide this caller tune?
Difficult to track every day how many rupees they have deducted. Unexpectedly i have observed this.
For setting the caller tune they dont need last recharge amount, recharge date and custermer name, but for deactiving caller tune they asked these details. Is it the correct procedure?

Tata Indicom has some technology in the backened for pay per call. Any how they disconnecting the call and making money. Nobody listens it.
