[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Prepaid sim service

Dear Sir,
Tata docomo service start from 23 June 2012. Due to Range problem and illegally call charges i want change service. From Tata docomo to Uninor. But Tata docomo not except my request. He said 3 months required for this change. But not undertaking, not company also Govt. rule, Not any sign on paper, what is this ? Please support me for this change.
