My Tata Indigo Manza car was given for its last free service on 28/04/11 at Authorised Service Centre, Concorde Motors, Sanat Nagar, Hyderabad.and they had taken down all the complaints for repair. But when it was sent back to me through a company driver, it was seen that they have not even bothered to do a proper servicing, which is totally unacceptable. Wheel cap was broken and a hefty bill stating blah...blah...blah...for other works/spares which they claim to have done inside. If they cannot satisfy a customer with something which is visible, what they might have done inside is anybody's guess. Very very poor after sales service by the dealer. Making an of a customer, may be that is what After Sales Service () stand for these dealers!!!! A reputed Company like TATA should not associate with such shoddy dealers. They might bring revenue, but at the cost of goodwill and business continuiity.
