despite repeated request to your broker unit m/s link intime india pvt ltd to remit f.d intt thru ecs to my bank a/c i have recd the chk manually. Further i have experienced this problem on earlier f.ds also.
also the tele number [protected] is not at all avalbl and when avlbl i hv to hold on for min of 20 mts if at all some body comes on the line and fed up contacting them.
hence i request you sort out all the problems and direct them to send my next remittance thru ecs to my bank a/c for which all details are given in the f. d form.

Stay away from ICICIDirect, Tata Motors Fixed Deposit and LinkIntime Registrar.
Dont invest in them, if you dont want to make your life miserable. You will have to wait endlessly to get your own money back when your fixed deposit is matured. They are thick-skinned professionals.
I'm telling this based on my own experience.
Dont use these services. They are and just dont care about their customers. Dont risk your money in their unprofessional hands.
Stay alert...Stay away from them...
