Safari Decore — Non Rectify the problem related to fuel pump.
Dear,Gujarat Gas Company Ltd (GGCL) is engaged in distribution of natural gas through pipelines to industrial, commercial and domestic sectors in the cities of Surat, Ankleshwar and Bharuch, since its incorporation in June 1988. We are a part of British Gas Plc. UK, we have the vehicles Safari Decore wide registration no : GJ-5-CH-6208, which is sent three or four time to rectify the problem of abnormal voice of engine nay time & blink the light of check engine, aftre that we have excelarate the same then vehicle which running normally, but these vehicles will be use for our Top guns so it is requested to clear the problem in early. my tata safari car has manufacturing defects.i have brought my car on 20 december 2008.first at the 60, 000 kilometer i was on a nh 6 my car timing belt has broken.i send my car at JUST SERVICE KOLKATA, they said it sometime happens.again at 73, 941 kilometer i was on the way to my home my car(safari)has suddenly stopped i again send to JUST SERVICE(TATA MOTORS) KOLKATA they again said timing belt has been broken.then i told them this is the second time.but in the book their is written that after 1, 00, 000 kilometer it should b changed.they observed briefly and told me that not only timing belt but Cylinder head and head gasket, oil pump and drive, crankshaft and related bearing and seals, flywheel and ring gear, timing gears, belts and chains, camshaft and related bearing and seals, cam follower, valve gear, connecting rod, gudgeon pin, inlet and exhaust manifolds all broken.1 month has over but now just service not giving my car.it is too late.
WHAT I WOULD DO NOW.I HAVE DONE GREAT MISTAKE THAT I HAVE BYE TATA SAFARI.MR.RATAN TATA MUST STOP THE PRODUCTION OF TATA SAFARI NOT ONLY TATA SAFARI BUT ALL THE CARS.TATA IS BEST FOR MAKING SALTS AND STATIONARY GOODS.FROM MY EXPERIENCE DON'T BYE TATA CARS.THATS WHY IN SHINGHUR THE TATA PLANT HAS STOPPED FOR THESE REASONS ONLY.

Sub:-with regards to your letter PCBU/CCC/SSR/SAFARI dated June 17th 2009 related with gross
negligency of M/S CLASSIC AUTOMOBILES.

Sir,
My Dicor full body Shell was changed against my complaint dated 23.11.2006.Mr.Pankaj Singh(AO
Jamshedpur) visited Dhanbad and had a look of my vehicle, and there it was decided to change the
body shell.After that my problem was rectified.
As its mentioned by M/S CLASSIC AUTOMOBILES in point no2 in that regard I would
like to say that purchase of my vehicle, just 2to 3 month, steering sound was started.By M/S CLASSIC AUTOMOBILES, its said that they have checked and found steering sound all right.As I have
already mentioned this complaint in my previous letter dated 23.11.2006 in the point no 3.
As it mentioned by M/S CLASSIC AUTOMOBILES in the point no 3 that due to EXTRNAL IMPACT
on tail gate matter is entering inside the car.
So, Sir, will you please clarify me what it means by "EXTERNAL IMPACT"& I would also ask M/S
CLASSIC AUTOMOBILES to clarify the same.As because this term has been used twice by M/S
CLASSIC AUTOMOBILES, so, that we are also curious to know the actual meaning of EXTERNAL IMPACT term because we never heard earlier.
As it mentioned by M/S Classic Automobiles, the problem of central lock.Sir, I would like to clarify
I have never complaint about the problem regarding central lock.I was facing problem in my L/H side gate.At present also same problem is lying with one& no attention is given towards my problem.
As it mentioned by M/S Classic Automobiles in the point no 5 that, I use to purchase addilated fuiel.It is also not less surprising that a customer who is capable to purchase a vehicle like Tata Safari, why he will purchase addilated fuel.We are fail to understand, that on basis of which authentication he has dare to say like this & probably he is much posted with his information that we use to take our diesel or petrol from which petrol pump?It appears to be nothing except a laughing slak.
As it mentioned by M/S Classic Automobiles in there point no6 that my Airfilter & Sedimentry filter
even not clear in proper time.To avoid any future complication, your goodself is requested to send a team of capable technician so that they will be able to judge, the actual state of affair.
It is also sameful to mention here that M/S Classic Automobile has used the term PAID BASIS in his reply letter while it is out&out latches& gross negligence on the part of M/S Classic Automobile.It is also surprising for us, that inspite of instructions&directions from the desk of esteemed chairman, no proper
action have been taken in this regard.Under the circumtance stated above you are cordially requeste d to take proper step & needful directions in above said matter and for the act we will be highly obliged.
