We are having internet connection and it is not working for past 10 days, more than 6 complaints made and been reminding them and the CALL CENTER repliles that the same will be rectified within 24 hours, no body attends and we are totally frustrated about this.

sir,im trying since 10 days to contact in your toll free for launching a complaint but we did not get any response.
Internet service is not working in my ID [protected]@vsnl.net for the past 10 days.
im much disturbed with out my net connection take this complaint serious and do the needful immedietly.
My son-in-law is sending me e-mails from his Ac < [protected]@idola.net.id> and I am NOT receiving them on <[protected]@vsnl.com>

No actiton against deactivation request for respective
This is Pankaj Soni from Bangalore and I'm customer of Tata Indicom Wimax Broadband.
Recently on 30th, Dec 2008 I called up the customer care and requested for the disconnection of service and to deactivate my account from immediate effect. The guy told me a procedure to follow and pay any amount due, since I have all my bills duly paid I followed his instruction and drafted a mail to [protected]@tatacommunications.com and requested the disconnection with all my details.
But the representative just reverted telling me to follow the same steps as told by the call center guy.
At this stage I maintained my patience and reverted with clarification that my account is eligible to be deactivated. But to my luck another 'intelligent' representative reverted telling that they cannot found the account associated to the provided details. I donno what he meant by provided details (they already have my login Id, Name, Bill receipt no.), what else he was talking about.
Even after all this, I called again at the customer center and this time they told me by checking the details about my account that it is eligible for deactivation and regret for the delay in processing. This time they issued me a complaint no:[protected]/01/2009) stating that 'no action is yet taken upon the deactivation request' and assured me to get rectified within 24 hrs.
Till today (05/01/2009) no body showed up and even I didn't heard from them, then I decided to call again and the 'genius' sitting there started to telling me again to follow the same (the procedure) even I told him about all the conversations that I had in past few days.
Now its becoming unbearable for me to handle these guys. Its almost a week since I stopped using the account and requested for deactivation.
I don't want to use any harsh words here.
Now, I'll wait for one more day to hear from the company guys and I have check out my legal rights.

We are using 02 mbps leased line (1:1 pure) from last April 2007. After the revised price which effect from June 2008. We continous sent mails to the concerned personnels but no response. Payment would be on bi-monthly basis. We are expecting bills on behalf of revised rate.
sorry to say but no body is responsible to take care corporate customer. Its nothing but just a negligence, irresponsibility & carelessness.
Kindly look into the matter & do some immediate action on priority.
This really gives wrong impression for corporate along with retail customer.

Since I work from home, uninterrupted internet facility is what I am looking for. I have been contacting one Mr. Karthick, his mobile # is ([protected]) and Mr. Saravanan who are supposed to take corrective measures in our area are of no use to us at all. He does not even pick up the phone most of the times. I am kinda irritated and fed up talking to the local guys here in my area. There has not been any response yet so far from anybody and I am unable to get connected for the past three days. I work from home and am in a do or die situation. I am really very frustrated with the VSNL customer support team. I think you should be needing better people working for you rather than having good for nothing sloths especially the ones working in my area. It would be of great regard if you could sort my problem at the earliest.

i have an 3 years pack on vsnl webmail. till one year completed. last one year i was used that mail. but yesterday my mail could not open. it say the password was error. but i am surely my password was correct. what is my problem? i dont know. pls recover my mail immedietly
yes vsnl is total failure there is no proper service to any product
VSNL — non installation of internet connection
Sir,I am combatant member of Indian Air Force and posted to Agra. I had applied for internet connection at my house in Air Force area at Agra. My registration no. of internet connection is 3634321 dated 27 Aug 09. Till date my internet connection has not been installed at my house. I have repetedly called up SDO Mr. Sharma and his assisstant Mr. Dutta for the installation but they just give fake assurances of installing the connection within a week. It is very surprising that in such a fast pace world where private organisation provide such connection within 2 days, it reflects very poor on the all India organisation like VSNL for such delays and un proffessional approach.

tele comunication — Connectiin not working
himy name is Mukesh Kumar I purched a new no from Airtel showroom madiyawala, hosur road, front of total mall before 15 days. But after 5 days the outgoing call is barred. i went to show room & cotect to custmer care executive they said your document not received. Then i submitted my all of documents (DL & PAN Card) on tuesday. But my outgoing call is not active. I talk to custmer care they also said that ur document not received & i went to airtel showroom they also said same. I just want to that how many times i will submit my documents.
Please do the needful.
