I had purchased Tata Docomo Post paid connection with 2 Sim cards, I used them and paid all my dues on time. When I thought to dis connect the connection as I was using them hardly, I called the Customer care of Tata Docomo on March 21st 2013. They told me that pa your unbilled amount, and they will disconnect the connection. I immediately paid Rs.,449.00 which includes billed and unbilled amount till 21st Mar 2013 via online payment my ICIC bank account with reference no. BIL/[protected]/Tata Docomo Final/TATADOCOMO_MICI, The executive told me that it will take approx. 7 days, I have already stopped using those card since last 6 months, still I am receiving bills from them. I received calls from collection department, every time I told them that I have already closed the card but they are not agree with this, I did not make a single call from last 6 months from those cards, they are still charging me Monthly rental and now from last 3 days I am receiving calls from legal department and they are not at all listing me. They are threatening me with abuse language. I want to lodge a complaint against them for mental threatening and harassment. Was this information helpful? |

LAST MONTH I HAD APPLIED FOR PREPAID MIGRATION ON 9TH JUNE & ON 10TH I RECEIVED THE MESSAGE ON MY REGISTERED NUMBER THAT THE MIGRATION HAS BEING COMPLETED.I WAS NOT INFORMED ANYTHING FURTHER.BUT ON 22ND I CALLED THE CUSTTOMER FOR SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM HE ALL OF SUDDEN INFORMED ME THAT MY NUMBER IS STILL IN POSTPAID AS A RESULT A NEW COMPLAIN WAS RAISED & I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO NOT PAY RENTAL.
AS A RESOLUTION TO THE COMPLAIN I WAS TOLD THAT MY NUMBER WAS STILL IN SAFE CUSTODY & SO IT WAS NOT CONVERTED.
SIR THIS INFORMATION WAS NOT PROVIDED TO ME BEFORE NEITHER BY THE TRUE VALUE HOB NOR BY ANY OF YOUR EXECUTIVE.
BUT SIR BY THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION I SHOULD HAVE BEING INFORMED AT THAT PARTICULAR TIME ITSELF.
AGAIN I HAD TO APPLY FOR MIGRATION ON 29TH .
BUT BILL OF THIS PERIOD HAS COME .
BUT SIR I WAS NOT EVEN KNOWING THAT MY NUMBER WAS STILL IN POSPAID . I HAD NOT EVEN USED IT.
SO A COMPLAIN HAD BEING LAUNCHED[protected].
BUT NOW I GOT A CALL FROM EXEXCUTIVE SAYING THAT THE ENTIRE FAULT IS MINE .
PLEASE SIR LOOK INTO THE MATTER & TAKE THE REQUIRED STEPS TO ADJUST THE BILL.
