My name is J.rama. My vehicle is Tata Venture No is TN22 CV2180 .I have purchased on 19th December 2011(Invoice Date) Tamilnadu,Chennai City,Ambattur at Concorde Motors.Invoice date to till date 197 days has been complited.In my vehicle had some problem from the beginnig it was suddenly breakdown happened in heavy traffic area not 1time or 2times it may happened 15 times till the date..I have already send a lot of mail in cutamer care mail regarding this issue on January,2012 to july 2012 .The Service Manager N.Sairaj (Concorde Motors) not having responsibility and CRM, Work Manager RAJAN Laser Manage Sasidaran service person udayakumar cutamer care contact person venkatraman kartick thiru malai muthu also.At last i had send my vehicle for the same problem till date and that invoice was pending and till my vehicle is in Workshop only.
