tata vista aura — defective product

my brother purchased a tata vista from classic motors udaipur rajasthan before 35 days.We were happy to get that vehicle.but unfortunately our car's engine got chocked because of company's manufacturing mistake.We get shocked how can india's prestigious company can do like that mistake.so please it's our request that please refund our amount with our losses what ever we are getting because of your product.
