I have [protected] . . TATA Walky .. I am advanced regular bills payer. From past 4 days my phone is not in a position to receiving and outgoing calls, while I enquired with company people, they said that I have to remove the battery and after 15 mins connect to the main set and wait for 30 mins, I done all as per company people directions, buy I am unable to receive and sending calls from my walky. Now today for some time it is working and some time is not working. Now these people are pressuring me for the next payment. If the services are good, we will pay immediately, if not, how can we pay bills. How to handle with these people sir, how to solve my issue. Can I approach Consumers forum. I vex with this walky people. I never have experience with this type of company people. I sent two emails, for them also I did not receive any response. How to deal with this company people, no body is caring for their paid customers. Please take immediate action.
