i have taken a policy in tata aig for my father , the policy number is SHC[protected] and i have registered the claim on december 2012, the claim number is 601827, till now they are not able to support me properly, if i called them in customer care number most of the time they put me on hold for 15 to 20 minutes, and always getting the answer that they will be calling me back in within 48 hours, but nobody called me. like this somany time happened.
