[Resolved]  tatamotor-national insurance — after accident claim amount not given

My car tataindigocsdicor met with accident on 17/3/11, I put my car at dealer place at gajanand motor ,palanpur.after one half month of time i asked at dealer place but they are having no answer for claim amount.They had taken my car IDV as 7,64,288/rs nearly.My complain[claim] no is[protected] at national insurance,they done wrong or manupilated insurance and taken trailer insurance in my car.
