Sir,
I have registered the complaint of my View Sonic Monitor,
complaint No: IDRS[protected] as on date: 15.01.2011, regarding as my LCD Monitor not working. I have purchase it, nearly takes two and half years ago.
One service engineer Mr. Babu coming and inspected and said that he will replace of it. But later from next day on wards yet he will not talk with me about this issue. When did I recieve it. Pls give me the status of it.
