[Resolved]  TCS — Regarding car parking

Hi,
I have purchase a flat in Airoli, Navi mumbai.We are living there from last 8 months.Now the builder is not handover the documents for society mentioning the reason that he wants to sell out his parking area.
In our building there are 24 flats & the parking is for only 10 cars.shall we purchase the parking from the builder?
After making the society is it legal that we only have the builder letter head mentioning that theis si & so parking is sell ti the person?
