[Resolved]  TCS — not getting fair appraisal

i am working in TCS Baroda, since 5 years. While i have joined i was very happy for getting gpood job in big company.
I am very honest, hard worker and simple employee, i dont like to wonder here & after the TL & GL. I dont like to oil massaj or butter police to my bosses.

TCS have policy of giving 15-20 % employee D Band means no increament or marginal 3% increment.
as a part of this policy i am getkting D band always since 5 years, they have fixed me for D band for always. Because i am not of that nature, i dont like the massage of my bosses/ dont like work their personal work. Thats only reason eventhough i am working very hsard and sincerely in my team am getting D grade. Is this policy of TCS giving appraisel. They have made one cheating process of accepting your appraisel, while u open ur appraisel rating result, "disagree" button is " disable" by them and while complaining they are telling me every time, that u made agree it, but how can i disagree if the " disgree " is found disable in system by them.

Also, one big cheating is that every time GL/TL they are taking A grade. They have fixed A grade for them only. Please convey my grace to competent authority. Here they are not responding me anyway.

I am really furstrate, very upsedt. Please kindly forward my complain ts to TATA higher authority like RATAN TATA.
