tea — Increase in charges and decrease in quantity of tea

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is regarding complaint for Tea serving in a Navjeevan express train

On date 19/02/2010, I was travelling in a Train - Navjeeven express train no-2656( PNR No. [protected]) from Vijaywada to Surat. IRCTC pantry persons are serving food items and tea in a train. I took tea from one of the serving person at Rs. 5/ cup.
The rate of tea increased from 4 Rs to 5 Rs and even the quantity of the tea was found less. The increase in charges of tea was okay but if we dont get proper quantity of tea then we are wasting our money. It is written 150 ml bt the quantity is given only 125 ml.
I kindly request you to decrease the charges on tea and improve the quantity of tea

with regards

I fully agree. By reducing the quantity of the tea the vendor can serve more cups and make more money!! I think the authorities should look into this anomally at once.
