but its seems a good business model... have heard of high sales volume...n probably even GM supporting the same to boost the sales volume...heard the same model is going to be taken to other cities...
since u are gonna have the car...its question of just 47k discount...

Well, I totally agree that Team Associates are not reliable and give false commitments... Hope they dont turn out to be a big Frauds and run away with client's money... Read following points to have indepth understanding before you deal with them...
1. they definitely take advantage of 40-45k discount offered by GM. Its a big amount but they don't pass on the benefit to the end customers.
2. Ashtavinayak / GM is offering free accessories alongwith the car worth Rs. 200-500. This again is kept by Team Associates and sell them separately to make money..!! This sounds real CHEAP...
3. Team Associates promises to pay 6000/- every month only for 2 1/2 years, rest years they dont guarantee...
4. You think you are getting 1, 80, 000 assured from Team Associates, then hold on because here is also a catch... you are just getting 56, 561/-...!!??!!! Calculate NPV (Net Present Value) at 10% p.a. Now compare this amount against 40, 000 discount from GM... Which is a better deal?? In short you are allowing team associates to use your car for advertisements for 2 1/2 years for just Rs. 16, 561/- (the difference amount)
5. Oh well, do you know they get 20-25k per car from HP to display their ads on our cars...
6. they promise you to give car within 15 days, which hardly happens
7. they mentioned that they have sold 150 cars on Dusshera and 650 cars has been already booked. Wrong Statistics friends... They have just sold 80 cars till date and have got 150 bookings. Aren't they fake..!!
8. Most surprisingly they take cheque from us, our account gets debited immediately, but they issue a post dated (after one month) cheque to Ashtavinayak... Aren't they making money again in that gap period...!!!... and now you know why you dont get delivery of your car within 15 days..!!??
9. I warn all the clients to be careful, if you have only Team Associates receipts... you better have Ashtavinayaks receipt soon.

Well, i had booked a car in last week of September, there was a lapse in the date for cheque issued to Ashtvinayak by 8 days...yet i still got my car for delivery on Diwali !!!
I would like to state as far as delivery is concerned approach the Ashtvinayak guys directly, the Team Associate guys are useless people to speak for delivery issues... do not go on false delivery dates given by Aushutosh, Nishant etc. approach Ashtavinayak guys directly.
But i would also state Ashtavinyak guys were extremely helpful to me for getting the delivery on Diwali date especially Mr. Vipul from Ashtvinayak.
As far as 6000 is concerned, i hope to get them only for 6-7 months, anything above that would be bonus.
So its not that bad...

This scheme also has a catch. You get 6000/- per month for the ad displayed on your car, but if the ad is torn / damaged more than 2 times in a year, then you end up paying 8000/- for every sticker that they replace for that period. Plus, you are not allowed to take the car out of mumbai for 30 days continuously. Plus, after an accident to the car, it has to be on the road running after 45 days.
Ashtavinayak and Chevy group are enjoying their sales, but what about the risk. They are not ready to share the risk.
So, I think before making a deal be careful.

This is funny! Why do you want to drive in a car with advertisement stickers all around? :).. Buy a rickshaw instead and give it on lease!! Rickshaws have been carrying such advertisements for years.. Not only 6000 per month for advertisement, you'll get at least Rs. 200 per day (6000 per month) as income too.
why only chevy spark not other model, also if they r paying for ads, r they accept car purchesed

At this moment the offer is valid only if the car is bought through us & under MH01, MH02, MH03, MH04 & MH43 {Mumbai (Tardeo, Andheri & Ghatkopar) Thane City & Navi Mumbai} registrations only.
The offer is not valid for Commercial Vehicles.
You can take the car outside Mumbai, New-Mumbai & Thane region for a total of 90 days each year. A maximum of 30 days at a stretch. You need to inform your visits to TAIPL whenever planned.
Stickers on the car;
The stickers will be pasted on all 4 doors & luggage boot.
The vinyl adhesive stickers are pasted through a solution which does not harm the body color of the car, thus the car body color does not damage/spoil.
The stickers will be pasted only after we provide you a NO-OBJECTION Certificate from the respective authorities. Your rent period would start from the day your Car is ON-ROAD.
For 1st time you will have to bring the car to our showroom for pasting of the sticker, otherwise our technician would do the needful at your place with a prior appointment for replacement of the stickers in future.
The vinyl adhesive stickers would keep on changing, depends upon the advertiser, the minimum duration with the advertiser is for 3 months & every sticker for each car costs them Rs 8000.00, so they might remain for 2-3 months.
It is your responsibility to take care of the Advertisement Sticker, we will replace it free of cost for 2 times* if the same is damaged, further replacements of the sticker will be charged at Rs 8000.00.
The verification of the stickers, car would happen fortnightly or monthly depending upon the advertiser’s request, the same shall happen with prior intimation.
Type of Advertisements:
The advertisements would be designed by professionals & approved by TAIPL.
The Road Transport authority & the advertisement laws do not allow Liquour, Tobbaco, etc adverts.
The adverts will not be of Condom, Contraceptive Pills, Undergarments, etc. brands.
The adverts are decided mutually with the advertiser & they are aware of the fact that the cars are used for personal use & that it is a family car, they too take care of the Car owner’s interest.
Things you need to take care of:
The car insurance should not lapse for more than 15 days. Else, the agreement stands VOID.
If the Car is purchased on loan, not more than 2 EMI should be defaulted. Else, the agreement stands VOID.
If your car meets with an accident, the car needs to be on road within the next 45 days. Else, the agreement stands VOID. We will replace the advertisement sticker free of cost*.
Prices, down payment, EMI:
The exact down payment & EMI figures can be known once the Car Model is being selected & the loan amount is approved / disbursed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
There are no applicable taxes on advertising on Privately Owned Cars.
Agreement:
A legal agreement is being signed between the parties (TAIPL & the car owner) within 10 working days from the car registration / on-road. The same is being franked through a Bank & is being notarized by an Advocate.
Apart from the legal matter, the car is owned by you, it is being possessed by you, it is being used for yourself, we have no right on the ownership of the car.

2) The minimum booking amount for all the models would be Rs. 50, 000/- and the same has to be made through a Demand Draft/Pay Order Or Cash favouring Team Associate (India) Pvt Ltd. Any defaults on payments would be charged at Rs 2000.00. All payments (apart from the Loan Amount) towards the Car are accepted by & at Team Associate (I) Pvt Ltd only.
3) The customer needs to co-ordinate with M/s AVK Automart Pvt Ltd for loan / financing related concerns; you can also do the finance / loan from your own sources.
4) In case the customer is taking the car on an outright basis i.e. without availing of any loan / financing, all receipts and invoices pertaining to the vehicle purchase would be issued by Team Associate (India) Pvt Ltd. The final invoices would be issued to the customer within 15 working days of the delivery date by Team Associate (I) Pvt Ltd only.
5) In case the customer wishes to cancel his booking, with whatsoever reasons, he/she would be liable to pay a cancellation charge of Rs. 10, 000/-
6) All documents pertaining to loan/finance application & vehicle registration shall be submitted to AVK executives only & the customer shall collect an acknowledgment / undertaking of the submitted documents from the relevant executives from time-to-time; TAIPL shall not be held responsible for any misplacement / mishandling of the documents.
7) In case the customer wishes to change the color, model, registration location, name etc. of the booked Car, he / she would be required to intimate TAIPL with a written application for the same within 3 days from the date of booking the Car. These changes would be further subject to availability of the same with the dealer / manufacturer and TAIPL would not be accountable for the same.
8) The final delivery of the vehicle is subject to the following conditions:
a) No car would be delivered without receipt of all the relevant documents.
b) No car would be delivered without the registration with the respective RTO authorities and permanent number plates.
c) Delivery period shall be a minimum of 30 days & a maximum of 60 days from the date of receipt of the entire payment and submission of all relevant documents.
d) Delivery would happen at the showroom premises of AVK Automart Pvt Ltd or TAIPL between 11.00 am & 6.30 PM only.
9) The advertisement contract between the Car Owner and Team Associate (India) Pvt Ltd would be finalized within 10-15 working days of the delivery of the car.

What i feel is that TAIPL is not a known brand/company, hence every individual would not trust or cannot judge its credibility. Hence, it would take its time to develop the confidence level & only time would be able to do it. I agree that the customer service has not been up to the mark, but any new concept, new product launched would face these difficulties if the response has over crossed your expectations, i recollect during the launch of Reliance Telecommunications, we had to wait for hours to connect to the Customer Service, but over a period of time things are in place & is one of the best services available.
But the concept does give an opportunity to people to own their Dream A CAR, as still for many CAR is A Dream.

They are offering Chevrolet Spark car for around Rs 4 Lakhs, of which you are supposed to pay Rs.1.23 Lakhs and the rest will be thru loan EMI Rs 6000 per month. The loan will also be taken by the customer, and Team Associate India Pvt Limited promises to pay Rs 6000 per month for a stciker that will be put as advertisemnt on the car doors. They claim to have nothing to do with your buying the car. Just that they will pay you everymonth so you can pay the car loan.
Also, they claim to have a tie up with Ashtavinayak Auto Pvt Ltd Mumbai(authorized Chevrolet car dealers) for this scheme.
However, I called Chevrolet (general motors) and Ashtavinayak Auto Pvt Ltd and they claim to have nothing no tie up with the scheme or the offer.
Second thing is that the price of Spark car is arounbd 3- 3.5 Lakhs and already there is offer of 47000 discount, so this price comes around 3 lakhs.
This money will be pocketed by this company and customer will not get its benefit.
The agreement for the 6000 rent will be done only after the full amount is paid for the car.
The advnca payment has to be done to Team Associate company and tey do not provide proper acknowledgment of the payment from the car dealer.
This offer and scheme is not approved by Chevrolet or any dealer and sounds lucrative but very risky.
