This is in regard of your Ref[protected]/Cash/20082009/BNG91/412/4290/R.L.NO 64717 dated 01/12/2008. For the withdrawal Benefit Accumulations against P.F. A/c No.
KN/35224/54769.

In above matter payment made by u vide chq no 144947 in favour of Nikhil Ranjan Tewari S/B A/c no[protected] HDFC BANK – KANPUR. As this A/c has been closed the bank has returned the chq.

So, kindly issue me a Chq in my favour at my mailing address.
