Dear Sir,
My PF Number is TN/22101/552 and office is Tambaram.My Employer name is Tebma Shipyards Limited Udupi. Last year September - 2008 due to my personnel problem I resigned my job. I have cleared all my PF with drawing formalities. But till I did not received my pf. I was checked my PF getting claims in online in internet. But it is showing that YOUR CLAIM IS RETURNED TO THE EMPLOYER. ( Receipt Number is 29077852 & 29077853. Now one year and 4 monhs passed. Till I did not received any claim in my account. Appart from this I had sent a feed back to Tambaram office by online. But no use. If I will go to the employer their reply is "Your claim is we have already submited to the PF office.
Please take necessary action about this. OR Suggest me that what to do for further step.
By this I hope that I will get a better feed back.
