Hi, I am facing network issue since the last 8 months. I have contacted the customer care and filed a complaint many times regarding the same but nothing has happened till now. I am completely fed up with the services of Airtel. I am using this postpaid connection since the last 3.5 years but since the day I have changes my residence, I am facing this issue. Everytime I contact the Customer care, they provide me a new time period for getting this resolved but nothing happens after that. My mob no is [protected].
I have also told them that, I can't receive calls when am at home because of the network issue but they dont understand this simple thing and everytime I received an email saying we tried to contact you.
