No hr has Responsibility ...towords placements...No one is responding ...on freshers placements ...they r taking money from consultancies and giving the offer letters to their candates ...insted of candates who got selected in offcampusses...
If you have a Enemy just refer him in Tech Mahindra, your enmity will be solved this is the worse company to work, No HR policy nothing, every year they say they have hired 10000 People but they never say how many have been fired, this was the worst company in my life i had joined this company for a project (Etisalat ) in mumbai due to some issue the project got closed you wont believe they say they are such a big organization but all rubbish they fired around 300 people from the project without giving any notice so think 1000 times before joining such a F...r company incase you get a call from techm just attend all the interviews take the appointment letter but never join them incase they ask why are u not joining just tell them just you didn't get a good feedback of your company from market just tell them CWTP (Company wide tallent pool ) this is a pool where they put a person whom they want to kick out in other workds its KLPD for a employee .

Mr. Avinash & Ashish Kumar saxena (+91- [protected]) from Delhi. They both has given their Account NUmber to deposit Bulk amount 2 lakhs for providing job opportunity. This has become a very big nightmare for everyone in our Family. My father is hard earning and these people ( Avinash and Ashish) are SUCKING poor people BLOOD. Its all hard eared money. These guys are totally damaging Companies Reputation and Image. Please stop such Nuisance and arrest those people. Their State Bank OF iNDIA account number : [protected]

they gave new joining date as 16 may at Pune, when she went to pune they told that there is no ITpian batch starting and you need to still wait. She being the only earning person in my family we suffered a lot of financial crises because she is without salary from last two months.
