[Resolved]  Tech Mahindra Ltd (Both BPO &IT) — Salary

I previously worked in TechMahindra BPO Ltd. They recruit employees for just 4500 salary by offering a fake assurance that "after six months u will be moved to Tech Mahindra IT domain". By hearing this many freshers who are eligible for getting good jobs are approaching this concern. But, they are not keeping up their words.. And during appraisal they will just increment Rs.1-1000. Many employees are still trusting their company and working for low cost.... and the main vulgarity which made my eyes to drop tears is. They are offering only Rs.3000/- to some physically challenged employees by pointing their disability to achieve the target of others... In my point of view this should be highly condemned... and those HRs and other blood sucking animals to be punished...
