A courier was send yesterday and was about to recieve yesterday.I twas very important and it has not been delievered to me yet.

tech mahindra has highly inhuman exit process especially. I saw case where in person who worked for 5 years in tech mahindra was targeted by group of senior managers . For no obvious reason the RMG team suddenly locked his LAN ID and asked to submit resignation on paper. he was told expectation mismatch and forced out. after wards tech mahindra circulates his personal data to KP-MG and KP-MG third party background check team ensure that he/she does nt get job anywhere. person has no background problem as per check done by tech mahindra 3 years ago.

Were ever there is no work /projects/business instead of laying off normally (with some compensation) tech mahindra want to protect its image by any means. So they ask each IDU head to fire some people then thoss people will be suddenly called by HR and their employee ID's taken forcibly and then signatures are taken on plain paper and stamp paper. HR threatens non cooperation means thye will ruin their career.
In september 2010 one hundred projects manager (all non marathi) were fired in this manner without giving proper reason.
Tech mahindra is famous for claiming people attending office regulalry as absconing by deleting attendance data.
Some IDU heads like yeshwant satam, vedpraksh, pk sharma, badruddin nitin mehendale, Lk bhatia, are vary fanatic and trget non brhamin employee.
In september 2010 one hundred projects manager (all non marathi) were fired in this manner without giving proper reason.

In June 2009 a person named nikheel jain (who was on official approved leave due to very bad health)w as fired from tech mahindra by shilpa singhwani on instruction of yeswant satom idu head.
The bed ridden person was forved to come to office and even after verifiying his medical papers and doing seperate mecial check which found that the person is seriously ill HR took signature on balnk paper and started harrassment.
shilpa singwani got extra promotion for firing lot of people illegally.
time to stop recruiting HR and RMG staff who worked in tech mahindra in non marathi states

At present in joined in Tech mahindra as a analysis engineer, My training process completed all my friends got the salary, but except for me. i cleared all my papers without keeping any arrears while training section. At now while consulting with HR, he telling that, for me Empid itself not having, but i having all company tag and id and all mail and result also. Kindly suggest me, your idea. please provide me as soon as possible

TechM IDU Heads like Swami Prasad and Sridhar vege is also one among them to get themseleves promoted for laying off Employees...
HR managers like Sumathi nair and junior HR Nidhi choudary will be involved in getting the
resources released from projects forcibly from IDU heads. So that HR and IDU Heads will get
promoted.

Today 16th june, 2013. I attended a interview with tech mahindra A 7 noida sec 64 and i cleared all the rounds. When i had the hr round the HR name Prachi, started telling me that I am an HR rejected candidate.
She was scouting at me with out any reason. A HR person called Manan was also with Prachi.
These HR HAVE no experience in dealing with candidates. before the interview the HR Manan had forcefully asked two candidates to leave the interview area.
I am giving open challenge to Prachi and Manan that if they are the daughter and son of a single father, then give me a call and talk to me outside the office and I will teach them, what i can do.
