Sir,
I got the Massage on my mobile no from Tele-communication World, (United Kingdom) that your mobile number has won a Eight hundred and fifty thousand British Pounds Sterling (£850, 000.00), which we have packaged in cash today and sealed in a safety trunk box as a diplomatic parcel for immediate dispatch through the British government diplomatic delivery Immunity to your door step.Next morning the call came from Delhi Airport to my mobile no [protected] the caller said that i am Diplomatic Agent Agent Mr.Victor Zambrano and then he said to me that you have to arrange the amount INR Rs. 34, 670/- for Airport Authority and paid to ICICI bank Ac/Name Vincent Golmei Ac/No[protected] for releasing the parcel i made the payment of Rs. 34670/- to the given Account No of ICICI bank, i called to Agent that i have paid the amount on given account no, he said that's fine now i am coming to your door step with the parcel, after three or four hours later he(Agent) called me again that you have to make further payment of Rs. 50, 000/- INR for registering the Parcel, I made payment of Rs. 50, 000/- INR on ICICI Bank Ac/Name QASIM TRADER AC/NO[protected] and called him to that i made the payment.
I borrowed the all amount which i paid, for expecting that the parcel will arrive to my door step.
Now one hour later he demanding the more payment of Rs. 70, 000/- i told him that i have no more money i already borrowed all money which i have paid, after that the Agent is not receiving my call. I try to call Tele-Communication World, UK but they are not receiving my call, i called the agent but he said that you should talk to Tele-Communication World, UK.now i am still expecting the parcel.
So Please help me sir,

The cash payment arrangement will help you and, Tele Communication World, or this bank to overcome all the internal and external hitches, and taxes under the BTO money transfer laws, financial constitution and policies of your country and our country for the recognition of the rule of law.

It is the bank's obligation to make sure that your approved fund will not have any problem with the custom of your country at the point of entrance hence a diplomatic courier agent has been assigned as your delivery agent in this regard.

We advise you to help us serve you better.
