[Resolved]  Telephone — Defect telephone

Dear sir,
I have complained to the concerned department(1500) regarding the defect telephone, several times. The complaint docket no is [protected], the last one is doc. no:[protected]of the landline no:[protected],on 15..12..09.
The defect is whe I ring to 1500, 1800 etc, 198. the progrmmed messages ask as to press numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6, or 0, 9 etc. When pressed the contact is not made and hence unable to continue conversation on the line. Would you please look into the matter and help redress my grievence.
