[Resolved]  Terraform Realty — Delay in Project & Torture attitude on customer,so may firms name

I have booked under construction flat in march 2009 & possession date was told to me on 31st march 2011 but now builder has taken delay acceptance from me for 30 months and i had to forcibly accept it because i have paid huge amount so for.i just pray that i get my money or flat.

This builder does his business with the name of many firm everest developers,vimal builders and now Terraform reality.

it's business tactic is to lure customers by giving some discount in the rate and after that your problem will be start.this builders is so much cheap in its business that if bank pay after his given due date ,he charges on you as a late payment penalty @18% rate. he counts every single days and mentally force you to pay him while he ignores if any advance payment you have made.he always put you on his MERCY .

i suggest you to never deal with this firm without having a lawyer because legally he takes all signature that you can not make any claim on him.

if i have to give rating then i give (1/5) . i wonder when will maha. govt realize about harassment attitude of builders towards his customer & will bring Real Estate Regulatory Bill for protection of consumer.
