TEXACO OIL AND GAS DOWNSTREAM EUROPE, a multinational company that exploits, Rigs, Refines Crude Product, services oil wells etc. The company markets and exports crude oil, Petroleum products, Natural Gas Liquid and Sulfur. It also ships Crude Oil Worldwide through an affiliated Company and participates in Petroleum refining at home and abroad. (The Employer) and DR. GOBINDA PALIT agreed on terms of agreement for this contract.
DURATION: ONE YEAR (Renewable)
START-UP DATE: 35 DAYS FROM TODAY.

2.0 CONSULTING PERSONNEL
You shall be expected to work with a prime experienced TEXACO OIL AND GAS DOWNSTREAM EUROPE team with the mandate to provide excellent services as stipulated in this contract document. (10) Hours a day, (7) days a week, (2) days off every each week in addition with any British holiday event.
3.0 JOB COMMENCEMENT/ LOCATION
The work Environment will be within the Company Base in LONDON(United Kingdom) along with the staffs of TEXACO OIL AND GAS DOWNSTREAM EUROPE. You are to report immediately to the Senior Head Operational Manager (Mr. MICHAEL WILSON) upon arrival to conclude prospects of screening and other logistic.
4.0 REMUNERATION
For non British citizens Employee is eligible to receive, upon satisfactory completion of probationary period; paycheck in GREAT BRITISH POUNDS via Bank transfer to any account of his/her choice an all inclusive salary shall become 9, 500GBP (NINE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED GREAT BRITISH POUNDS) to be paid at end of every month from the employee work period.
5.0 ENTITLEMENTS
A total sum of 380, 000GBP (THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY THOUSAND GREAT BRITISH POUNDS) completion benefit will be paid to the Employee from time to time and shall be paid as severance or termination agreement benefits in which the Employee is entitled if successfully complete his/her one year contract agreement with TEXACO OIL AND GAS DOWNSTREAM EUROPE OPERATION
6.0 PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL
* You are entitled two different R&R Paid Leave which can be taken once in (4) months with the duration of (21) days between the period of your one year contract with TEXACO OIL AND GAS DOWNSTREAM EUROPE OPERATION. Employee shall report on site on or before the expiration date of his/her vocational leave.
*TEXACO OIL AND GAS DOWNSTREAM EUROPE OPERATION is solely responsible to return the employee to country of origin upon the termination of this contract or for any other purpose determined by the Employer.
7.0 EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES
Expenses concerning Employee Traveling document before assumption of duty, shall be catered by the Employer TEXACO OIL AND GAS DOWNSTREAM EUROPE (Visa, Flight Ticket, Working and Resident Permit) Employee, the Employer shall duly reimbursed and pay the employee six month up front salaries by after the submission of the expenses receipt in 3 Official Working Days.
On no account shall the Employer allowed the employees accept shoulder costs for Travel Expenses, Processing of Visa, Work/Resident Permit Papers of Employee will be provided by employer.
Non British citizen of TEXACO OIL AND GAS DOWNSTREAM EUROPE, EMPLOYEE shall furnish the employer with his/her Bank account information to enable the employer transfer his/her monthly Paycheck via any choice of Bank account in BRITISH POUNDS.
8.0 SAFETY & SECURITY
Safety and Security (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations, all staff are entitled to security both at work locations & Residential Quarters. All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy.
At all times during the performance of Employee duties under this agreement, the Employee shall strictly adhere to all rules and regulation procedure that are now, or may here after be implemented from time to time by the Employer.
You are entitled to a free and mandatory safety course on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts QA/QC.
8.0 TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
This Agreement may be terminated immediately by the employer without notice if the employee branches the confidence of the employer, violates professional ethics misrepresent his qualification. Neglect to perform his duties here under or commit any wrong-doing in violation of the applicable law.
10.0 CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION
Upon the termination of this agreement, irrespective of the reason for such termination, the Employee shall deliver to the Employer, or otherwise disposed as the Employer may direct any property or document whatsoever relating to the Employer which the Employee may have in his/her possession or under his custody furthermore the Employee shall forthwith cease and desist from all confidential information.
11.0 RESIGNATION
In case of resignation before the completion of one year of service whether for joining with another company or going back to his/her country unless it is for force measure, the Employee shall provide the company a notice of (7) days to provide the company an adequate time frame for procurement of flight ticket.
12.0 FEEDING & ACCOMMODATION
Newly recruited staff of TEXACO OIL AND GAS DOWNSTREAM EUROPE, (You) will reside at the company's Staff Quarters for those who are deployed in UNITED KINGDOM. There is Single and family Bed-rooms. You shall eat at any hero’s DFAC free of charge (3) times a day as there are dietary options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
13.0 MEDICAL EXPENSES
We will provide you with comprehensive regular Health care and Medical checkup. During the one month training program, the employee will undergo series of medical test such as HIV test, Malaria test and Tuberculosis.
14.0 OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER
Computer resources: Laptop Computer, 1.6 GHz Processor, 256 MB RAM, 24XCD-RW, 30GB Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and Necessary Software. Full time Internet access is also made available.
Phones: Employee is entitled to phone facilities at the designated phone area.
For Non British citizen, they have to receive their original documents through a courier company in which the employee has to make sure that he received his or her documents from the courier company.
