Thane Mahanagar Transport — EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

Dear Sir,

I and many residents from 'Varatk Nagar, Devdayal, Shivai nagar, Upvan' area are frustrated by the poor transport service of 'TMT'. 'TMT' buses have no timings, always delayed, poor manitenance. People are just grilled more than that at their work. Females literally cry during peak hours. Even the Autorickshaw wallas are not ready to leave us at our destinations.
Please take action before the public takes law in their hands.
