This is Ritesh tailor, i m from Mumbai.
i have also purchased samsung star mobile from Mobile store, Borivali-W.
i have purchased the cell on 13th augest, 09 with 5% cash back offer.
but still i am waiting for the cheque.
i have also talked with customer care of mobile store in october and the executive have ensured me thar i will get the cheque in the first week of november but nothing happend.
please look in to this.

Dear Mobile store Team,
I have already contacted on 60006363 three times in last 2 months and i got nothing specific all they are saying is sorry for the delay.
I have talked first time in month (after waiting for 2 months) of sep and the guy told me that i will be receiving the cheque in first month of nov but i havnt received it. so i called again in 2nd week of nov and i got the reply that i will be getting in the end of 2nd week then again i called up and now they told me that i will be receiving it before end of nov.
and now you are again requesting me to call on that no. which is complately useless.
please give proper reply to your customer.

hope i will receive my cheque.

I dont know how fruitful it would be for me to give my comment. I too purchased a samsung mobile model-C3250 where there was 5% cash back and for three and half months passed I have not received my cheque.where as they promised for 6 weeks .Isnt it a mockery of mobile store and Consumers that at the time of purchasing they bothered to realise know they are shying away from their responsibilities.Please take care that something happens because it is pure cheating .
