Dear sir / madam,
I am working as a scientist at BHABHA ATOMIC RESEARCH CENTER, Mumbai and staying at 1510, Anushaktinagar, mumbai.
I had purchased a NOKIA E71 PREMIUM model on 13/11/2009 from THE MOBILE STORES , OPPOSITE VAHSI STATION (Invoice no. MH7683, Dated: 13/11/2009).
The mobile Store vashi had promised me to give a gift of pair of speakers against a purchase of Nokia E71 premium which was never delivered to me even after visiting the shop twice and reminding them on phone several times.
I had suffered my duties in my office too and had to take leave and pain of going there and asking for it.
I felt lots of embarrassment also asking for a pair of speakers before other customers 2-3 times.
Also I suffered monetary loss as the price of the same mobile set was little lesser in other stores than mobile store (on that day) but as they had promised me to give the speaker ... so i purchased it from theirs shop but in spite of reminding so many times, this gift never came to me.
So, after waiting for almost a month and a half, I am writing to you and hoping that it will be properly justiced.
Its not that the price of speaker is too high that i cant afford but its my right as per the consumer law and i am fighting for my rights. These companies just for marketing sake and fulfilling their target, they give many assurances and once the product is sold off, they even don't recognize the customers. So, justice to this will be justice to all those customers who suffers such losses.
