i insured my vehicle registration no. PB-- 03 S -- 0052 (Optra Magnum Engine no. 1162086 Chassis No. 04076) a car on 13/06/08 from The Natinal Insurance Company Ltd (Policy no. 150100/31/08/[protected]) . The car met an accident on 13/04/09 .And surveyor appointed by the company assessed net loss of Rs. 22176 (after depriciation and other charges) But after a lot of delay insurance company gave me a claim of only Rs. 15247 Hence Rs. 7000 approx. less than the loss assessed. I sent many e-mails and phone calls but Insurance company gave no reasons for such deductions . I was very much harrased by the Company
