[Resolved]  The Park Hotel, New Delhi — Wrong Commitments while selling the Membership

I have been approached by the team of The Preferred at The Park Hotel New Delhi, for getting my membership renewed withe them, however i have refused for the same, unless and until they would give me the confirmed booking of complimentary stay of 1 night in their Hotel on 22/02/2012.
This they have confirmed me through mail dated 27/12/2012, before charging me the membership fees. Post that i was constantly in touch with them through mail for confirmation of the same, however till 15/02/2012, they were reassuring me theat it will be done and would let me know close to the required date.
and suddenly on 17/02/2012, i got a mail from them that all the rooms are already booked and they cant provide me any room.

Since it was my 10th wedding anniversary I have planned so many things according to that booking, and all of sudden have to change everything.

More further, the official website of The Park Hotel is confirming me that rooms are available of all categories.

Now when i am asking them to refund me the fees of Rs 7500 which they have charged, they are not giving me any justified explanation to that also.
