[Resolved]  Thermoking / LG Split A/C — Booked LG Split A/C model no LSA18PWABH1 and the dealer send different model no LSK1863QH

I had booked by cash Rs 29,591 LG SPLIT A/C Hot/Cold model no LSA18PWABH1 from Dealer Thermoking , Lajpat nagar , New Delhi on 28/02/10. Dealers name is Khanna & his mobile no [protected].I got information from lajpat nagar market that he is fraud person & he always do like this with so many customer.
He had send the different model no LSK1863QH after 2 days of booking when i was not at home.
He had done fraud 420 with me.
From that day i am saying to him that this model no. you send is different you should take it back & send the booked model as in the bill attachment.

He said that the LG company had stop manufacturing SPLIT A/C Hot/Cold model no LSA18PWABH1. You should install the send one a/c.If he knows that LG had stop the booked model manufacturing then why he had done booking.

I said NO you should take it back, now he is saying that he will take it back by giving me the check not the cash.

I am afraid that if the check given by him get bounce or some thing else.Then it will take too much time to recover my money back.
I am in dilemma what to do??because i want to go out of India after 7 days for 3 months.
I am attaching the scan copy of booked original bill & the scan copy of the model no send by him.(received).
Please help me
