Three Wheeler No. Dl Ir F5113 — Rash Driving

Dear Sir,

I was traveling in three wheeler no.DL IR F5113 from Mehrauli to Kalkaji. The driver was driving the auto with high speed and inspite of requesting many times, he continued driving in a rash way.

While taking a turn below the Savitri Flyover, the three wheeler topsy turvied and I fractured my forearm - the two bone got split into two. I had to gothrough a surgery where 2 iron rods has to be inserted in the bones. the surgery has cost lot of money which I had arranged with great difficulty.

Initially I had withdrawn the complain as the driver seem to be a poor man. Later I came to know that the owner of the auto (three wheeler) has no driving license and the driver was not trained to be a driver.
Would request you to look in the matter because such careless attitude of the drivers & owners would endanger public life.

Kindly do the needful to ensure public safety.
