Thumbs up cold drinks — Shopkeeper charged more than MRP

Dear Sir, I am well educated individual and today i went down to local retailer (Named as Manoj, Shop Address: Upper road Burnpur, Near rashtra Hind Club and KS Type Quarter) and asked for a Thumbs up Cold drinks (A Product from the Coca Cola Company) and i saw the printed price as 37 INR in a 1.25 LTR Bottle but the shop keeper charged me 45 INR for the same. i deliberately told him that you are charging more than the MRP and told him that i can even put in police for the same but he then threatened me that we charge this amount and police will not do anything and also they said that they are free to charge anything they want as they supported Trinomool Congress. So as being a citizen for thsi country is like a big curse for us means we have to get suppressed from Political pressures and will have to pay anything whatever they ask...I am asking you to take very strict action against them. I will definately look forward for a positive response from your end.
