Ticketdada — money deducted but no conformation message

i have booked tickets in ticketdada for uttama villan at rajmundry kumari theather .money was deducted from my account (282rs)and the tickets numbering are balcony(B15, 16, 17) .But i didn't get any conformation message about tickets .
