I have subscribed with TOI newspaper on 16th Aug 2009. I did;t use upto Oct 2009. I have shifted to Madipakkam on end of the Nov 2009. I have missed my coupon and raised this information to TOI. They told the coupon will issue after 20 days. then i have sent may mail to TOI there is no response. I have order no and i asked to local dealer he wont accept the order no. I may lose Rs 300 without receive single paper. Can you take this issue and do necessary action on this ASAP?

Sir,
I subscribed for 6 months Times of India Daily News paper in the month of 1st oct 2009. i supposed receive the paper from 1 st oct 2009. So far nothing was happened. on oct 3 rd oct i made a complaint regrding this and in response to that your agents approached me and assured to supply paper from next day . but so far i did not get any result. this is a very high handed behaviour from the management and i will take this issue before appropriate forum, Can you take this issue and do necessary action on this ASAP?
