Times Mobile Limited — Unauthorized Balance Deduction

I am a BSNL customer. My mobile number is [protected](U.P.-East).I use NOKIA 2730 Classic Handset.

I got the message from[protected] on 09/09/20012 around 7:20 PM , when i opened the message it says

"Abhi click karein aur paiye Shahid ka wallpaper. Chgs Rs10/- http://follo.co.in/dlw.aspx?i=10

I did not click on the link but the amount of Rs10/- is deducted from my account for just opening the message.

Later i speak to the Customer Care Executive of BSNL, she told me that balance is only deducted when customer subscribes some service.

I request her to deactivate that service and lodge a complaint docket no. I10UE301381

But in my case i did not subscribe any service, balance is deducted just for opening the message which came from[protected].

This is the third time when the balance is deducted on just opening the message received from[protected].I am completely fed up and feeling robbed by someone.

Kindly stop the service if any, activated on [protected] and unsubscribe this no. from your portal.

Please Refund my balance ASAP..
