i had order mawa cake & 1 triangle set [Total Amount Rs. 1397/-] from www.window2india.com from zapak discount voucher worth rs. 1000 & i did additional payment Rs. 397 from the Debit Card for the total amount given on the website. now they are saying me your order cannot be process becuase of that product is not in the zapak catalogue list but i choosed that product from zapak catalogue list then i said them it's ok refund my Rs. 397/-. they said to me that they already refund my amount on my account on 16th October 2009. i am checking my account daily but still not recieve refund amount from www.window2india.com i called them 100 & above times i also have call Recorded in my cell phone so many times they are saying me it's already done ask your bank about refund i also asked my bank manager he is also saying me not receive.after that www.window2india.com give me ARN No. i dont knw wht is this ? ARN NO. 74568229293000681790374 & PPRNTD CHRGSLIP NO. 31785. i asked my canara bank manager about this ARN No. he is saying me i dont know what is this. now i request you to please help me & do something. www.window2india.com are cheaters. i also read some complaints on your website.

I have played zapak contest and got many vouchers of window2india site. I redeemed all those. First they accept our order with the additional amount which I paid through my debit card. Secondly they adviced me to select the products from the zapak catalogue only and assured me to refund the amount which I paid through card. I did that also. But till day, they not even send any products, nor even refund my amount of Rs.950/-. What steps should I take to recovery my money? Please advice.
