[Resolved]  TMT Bus Service - Thane — Irregular TMT Services - Route No. 62

This is to Inform you about the Irregular Public Transport Service by TMT on Route No. 62, on which I am a regular traveller since the last 4 yrs. Firstly, there are no enough buses. Secondly, the Buses on these are all Outdated. Recently, New CNG Buses were added and a few can be seen on this Route, but many a times, these also breakdown and they cannot move over 10kmph. Since the Dharmachapada Stop is 2kms off Ghodbunder Rd, there is no way other than Waiting. While I stand at the Thane Flyover Bus Stand, I see that the Buses to Pawar Nagar, Waghbil, Kasarwadawli keep moving every 10-12 mins, whereas Buses to Dharmachapada does not show up for over an hour. Several efforts with the Controller On duty goes in vain. Another point noticed is that the dilapidated buses gets diverted to RouteNo. 62, which is not observed on Routes to Pawar Nagar or Waghbil. At times, Route No. 55 to Azad Nagar is added in succession, one after the other. May it be Noted, this is a wasted trip as there are only 4 stops more to reach Dharmachapada. The walking distance from Azad Nagar to Dharmachapada ( Last Stop) is about 20 mins, which could be less cumbersome to the passengers if the Bus Serviceis 62 instead of 55. Residents at Azad Nagar have to hardly walk 100 mtrs to reach their homes, whereas we have to walk around 600 mtrs. Thus we have no option but to wait for Route No. 62, which I believe is absolutely Unjust. Can the TMT improve its Services with more Dependable Buses in this route and reduce our woes ?
