bill dated march 1 2008 — charged for services not used
i have recd. my statement today for card no [protected] and Rs 6000/- is charged for matrix cellular internat new delhi I do not know how this has appeared I have not authorised this . I shall not be making payment for thisNokia Siemens Networks India Pvt. Ltd. — Late payment charges to a higher level.
Dear Sir,This has relation to Easy cash Loan of Rs. 50000. Only once the due EMI was paid late due to the fault of your bank. I had asked my Loan account No and the reply was a wrong one. I did pay the EMI but you bank identified the mistake and returned the cheque, quoting the right Loan Account and asked me to reissue the cheque. to avoid delay, i paid in cash alonwith the oncoming months' due EMI. Til date, i have not missed one aingle EMI. This month, I found thta the EMI has doubled and overall a separate late pyment fees heen charged.
I need a redessal of the entire matter and come to logical concluassion.

Basant Electronics — Not Paying Money
Mr. Basant from Basant Electronics, have purchased CCTV products from our company i.e. Third Vision Security Systems & Networking for around Rs. 80,000/- and has paid just Rs. 15,000/- & remaining Rs. 65,000/- is balance. He issued 3 blank cheques & when tried to deposit the first one it bounced for insufficient fund in his A/c. It's been almost 5 months we haven't received the money. Sir, I have a small piece of 25 cent of agri land 10 kms from Tambaram for which I want to obtain LT service connection so that I can grow some vegetables. Please let me know the details for obtaining the same and how much security amount I need to pay under commercial category. I am residing A.P.851 - 61st Street - 10th Sector - K.K.Nagar - Chennai - 78. I am having 3 Phase Connection. Yesterday one of my connection fused. I called one electrician for put fuse. He came and attended. But the fault not rectified. He thoroughly checked and finally find-out that particular phase in the electronic metre the current goes the inlet but it will not come in the outlet.
Therefore one of my phase not working. Kindly arrange to rectify the metre fault and do the needful.

Hi, I am staying in Sholinganallur, I am going to apply for name transfer in EB card, I have filled the form and got attested from Property tax and sale deed, Do you guys know how much is the fees for name transfer, I dont find the exact amount anywhere, Please give me the details.

my name is r.muthuraaman. i am having a rice mill near tindivanam.i have 2 buildings in same survey no. due to situation i sold one building to my relative.the meter board is in the sold building. i want to shift service in the next building .i approached j.e. he demands me to pay for removing e.b. pole which will not be in use if my service connection will be given from some other e.b. pole near to that building.kindly guide me about charges for removing a e.b.pole.

Security Engineer — Not responsibility regarding customers
I have very bad experience a couple of day ago regarding poor response from executive. I am residing at Kalyan(Mumbai-INDIA). I dont know how MO services activated on my mobile. Ok, if it is mistake from my end then ok i apologies. But, i am sure that i havn't activated this service from a week. When i called the executive, i got very poor answer which was not satisfactory. They are telling that it was due to VAS facility that had been activated. I gain asked them which VAS service answer was "I dont know", though they have provided with System to check. I was going to ask them regarding suddenly phone put down. Even they doesn't care for someones request (i can tell you the name of Executives but its not good). Next day again they deduct 14.99 for same VAS service. I dont know if i had disabled it then why these peopple are deducting from account? And short was when i am telling them my problem they are keeping me on hold. What kind of service is this? Rather its better to move some other ISP. Because of few irresponsible person whole company getting blamed. Please look into this for better enhancing your services.
