I am making my electricity bill through online transactions from tneb webpage.. when i login my user name and password it states that, "no records found " for my account.. iam using this for past 1 years and no details are found on my account ie., the added customer numbers are completed erased and no new customer number can be added as it displays "invalid customer number".. take up the necessary steps as possible..
