Hi,
I am living in VijayaNagar, Velachery, Chennai last 1 year 3 months. I am trying to pay my EB bill in online all the times as they are trying to provide a good service. But to pay the bill in online, every time I have to visit TNEB office in velachery with meter reading and I have to request them to add it in online. After that I will pay in online.
Every time they are giving very good reasons liken no enough resource to take the meter reading, server is not responding, meter reading machine repair and so on.
Better they can stop online payments and once every thing ready, again they can provide online bill payment. I need to know, the reason they are giving is correct or not???
Even I told them, if you are updating data in online, you will get very less people visit to TNEB for bill payments!!!! but no response.
