[Resolved]  Tneb — refusal for new service connection

I have constructed a new apartment with 10 individual 2BHK flats, I approached the corporation for the tax assessment, As the whole apartment belonged to me the Corporation officials assessed the tax for each floor with and they gave three assessment orders ( one for each floor). Now When i approached the EB officials they deliberately refused to give ten induvidual service connections stating that one connection will be given to one Corporation assement number and hence they gave us only three connections.

when i checked with the TNERC distribution code 27 (14 & 15 ) it clearly says that the connection can be given if there is permanent segregation of induvidual houses in the building. When i insisted on this the AE of R.S.Puram East showed me contraversary letter no CE/D/CBE/AEE/GI/F.CPC 22.12.12/D 870/2012 DT 28.12.2012.

kindly let me know wheather i am eligible for ten induvidual service connections or not
