heritage holidays — Hotel Confirmation
Dear All,I have received voucher form MyCard after purchasing a Videocon TV. I was told that I can use this voucher in the listed Locations before December 24 2011. And I have inform them and send the voucher to the Mailing Address mentioned on the enevolp.
I have send the voucher on 27July 2011 from Bangalore through Professional Courier and they confirmed me that the consignment have been dilivered on 29 July 2011 and they have the acknolegement.
When i called up the Heritage Holidays they are saying me that they haven't received any courier I had sent.
I have even sent an E-Mail to confirm my Hotel Accodmation but still I havent received any confirmation.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and help me in this matter.

We acknowledge the recipt of your voucher, however the voucher was invalid since the required number of prior days before the booking did not meet our criteria (advance notice of 21 days )Moreover when we had informed you to pay the balance amount apart from the voucher discount value however we did not got any response & hence the booking was not availed.

heritage holidays — Fraud in Tour booking
I booked Package Tour with them using SBI Credit card. Voucher No 6655140 for Jaipur in Nov end.They rejected and asked for options. I have Goa. They rejected.
Suddenly in Oct end they confirm booking in Jaipur.
No tickets available due to vacation rush.
Am forced.
Cannot travel and money lost.
Heritage holiday resells to someone else.
Racket goes on
Consumers cheated.
Big scandal and fraud
