toll plaza NH 8 — tag lines should be used for tag users

i had made tag from NH 8 toll plaza so that i can save time if i choose to cross toll plaza but unfortuately non tag user also enter in the same line and it becomes very in convient. i am paying for a service in advance which should be a gurantee of complete service...if the non tag users enter in line made for tag users they should be levied with extra penalties.why other ppl suffer because of that.....this is not only my problem but there are lot of ppl who wants the things be done or arranged in a correct way.
