Scratches on my tommy watch within one week..please spread this message to everyone not to buy there idiotic brand watches.. they dont know how to provide quality .the only thing they know is to put a logo on the watch and sell it exorbitant prices with no customer satisfaction..lets spread this message and stop these from looting and befooling more peoples like us..

My problem is more of a frustrating kind of a thing. I bought one new Tommy Hilfiger watch from shopper stop, Delhi on 2nd February 2014 as my marriage anniversary gift to my wife .After a couple of months we realized that the watch stopped running.
After a couple of days day I rushed to the shopper stop and they had then send me to the nearest Titan service centre where they have found that the watch is really a faulty one as it is sometimes running and sometimes it is getting stopped.. Due to the business policy or
whatever(Shopper stop) they said that they wont replace the same watch by a new one When i
went to the Titan service centre, they told that they will replace only the machine not the full watch as it is beyond their Policy ..I then gave that watch to Titan Service Centre who had told they will replace the machine and will the same would take 15 days. I got waited the watch work for some time and then after some days it got stopped again then I had gone again to the same service centre they again took the
watch made me wait for 5-7 days and gave it to me telling that there is some problem in the machine..It has now happened thrice am just so sorry as I never expected that when I buy an international brand this is the last thing expected to happen .Would require assistance to get the same sorted out.

I recently purchased a Tommy Hilfiger model 1790862, and although the time/date and all are working fine, the stainless steel case, which i assumed to be pretty tough being a Rs. 7995 watch, it got scratches and even dents from very slight impacts. Also, the second needle does not reach accurately on the markings which for me personally is a bit frustrating -_- . One thing is for sure, my next watch isn't gonne be a TH
I hd purchased Tommy watch description NTH1710283/D ON[protected] from the World Of Titan, CG Road, Ahmedabad Branch MRP 6995.00. Within 1 year with very delicate use the metal strap got broken. The watch submitted with the service centre at the same branch & they advised Rs. 3200.00 as replacement cost for the strap as strap do not come under any warrantee. I agreed to get the sam at the same cost but when the strap i checked it was again of same nature. One side where it connects with the watch was very hard & was supposed to be broken, .They advised that the same will be ok after use but can not stand aby guarantee. On request they again sent it to company but returned with same strap. On asking they simply advised that they can supply only this strap. I have lodged a complaint bearing sl. no. 631498 on 16th August again reminded on 25th Aug & on 02nd Sept but thill now any intimation is awaited. On 3ed dial they told me that representative called me but could not contact as they got the phone no replied. I advised them to mail me the communication but thesame is still awaited. My tommy watch had a fall and the number from the dial plate have come off.!! This is the quality of tommy watches in India!!
I bought TH 1790749H model watch and its dial digits have come out ...very cheap quality watch..[protected] Rajat Luthra
Even I got a very bad quality watch. It never worked properly from the day one. They are cheaters. Don't buy tommy watches

I have purchased Tommy watch this February from Amazon.com for amount Rs 5, 500 and after the purchase, it got to me that the dates on the date dial is not Working, so i readjusted it many a times, its not Working every time, When we contact Amazon services they told me that within 10 days only i can return, they said contact tommy servicing center because you have warranty...
I am staying in HYDERABAD and i couldn't find any tommy servicing centers details here..Why should i Pay money for other servicng centers when i have warranty for this...
It does not have any mechanism in it that can judge whether its January, march or December ????, I never expected this to happens from a Brand like Tommy!!! that too just one month from its buying date...Really Dissappointing
